Baltimore, MD Civil Defense Control Center

This facility is located in the hardened basement of the firehouse on Cold Spring Lane at Arlington Avenue. It is still in service, as the city's Homeland Security office and alternate command center. As late as July 2001, the agency occupying the space was known as Baltimore City Office of Emergency Management and Civil Defense.
